Job Description

Responsibilities: 1) Completes store operational requirements 2) Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 3) Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. 4) Maintaining statistical and financial records 5) Dealing with customer queries and complaints 6) Responsible for branch staff schedule according to business needs 7) Cash operations daily Settlement 8) Monitor staff performance evaluation and coaching 9) Adhering to company polices & procedures 10) Responsible for achieving branch targets as per management directions
