Job Description

Responsibilities:Provide outstanding Customer Service via phone, email, and chat.Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.Process orders, manage accounts, and handle billing inquiries.Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
