Mena Group is hiring an Accounting Manager to join our team in Alexandria.Main PurposeTo manage the organization's accounting functions by supervising daily financial operations, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and controls.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial activities.Supervise the accounting team and ensure efficient workflow and performance.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.Review and monitor general ledger activities, reconciliations, and closing processes.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.Coordinate with auditors and support external and internal audit requirements.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial controls.
