Job Title: Office Administration Location: 5th Settlement - Cairo Reporting: Branch ManagerGreeting and attending to visitors at the front deskProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailAccurate patients’ data entry into our clinic management systemTime keeping and proper schedule management. Contact patients in case of delaySchedule follow up appointments & next visit actionProfessionally assist both staff and patients to ensure smooth work flowMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception deskEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stockPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.Keep updated records of office sales & expenses.
