Job Description
• Ensures the smooth operation of the production process, meeting the required quantities and quality standards, and within the specified timeframe, based on production and sales planning.• Prepares and submits a monthly analysis of factory productivity for all production departments to the Head of Manufacturing, taking into account the optimal utilization of available resources and manpower.• Defines the factory's organizational structures for all factory employees, including temporary and seasonal workers.• Receives weekly reports from all factory departments, discusses them, and provides appropriate instructions and guidance to ensure smooth factory operations.• Prepares and monitors Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the various production stages.Daily monitoring of the ERP system, generating and reviewing the necessary reports, and ensuring their conformity with reality.• Ensuring the implementation and development of occupational safety and health procedures, securing necessary supplies, and adopting rescue, evacuation, and first aid plans.• Controlling factory expenses within the budgets agreed upon with the General Manager of Manufacturing, preparing initiative and operational plans that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to achieving the company's interests, and monitoring their implementation. This aims to achieve optimal use of available resources and minimize losses.• Analyzing deviations, preparing related reports, and providing appropriate solutions to address them and prevent their recurrence.• Monitoring cost ratios and their deviations and working to find solutions and projects to reduce operating costs.• Full and continuous coordination with the Quality and Services Department to ensure full compliance with established quality standards and achieve the highest possible quality levels, reviewing external quality reports, and collaborating to resolve customer issues.• Continuous and effective coordination with the Engineering Department regarding new projects and maintenance work, including reporting and coordinating the resolution of unexpected malfunctions and preparing for the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.• Coordination with the Supply and Procurement Department regarding the availability and quality of required raw materials to avoid stockouts.• Continuous coordination with Human Resources (Recruitment) regarding the needs for permanent and seasonal workforce and their qualifications, in line with the implementation of the established operational plan.• Attending some technical interviews to ensure the required technical skills and participating in the hiring decision.• Participating in developing performance evaluation indicators for the team, with ongoing periodic evaluation. • Evaluate the performance of the production department according to key performance indicators (KPIs) (product quality, customer complaints, quality reports, adherence to good manufacturing practices, quantity discrepancies, productivity, profitability increase, and raw material costs).• Identify and approve training needs based on performance measurements against established standards for different factory departments on a regular basis, and take the necessary steps to communicate, make decisions, and provide support according to performance levels.• Other duties as assigned by the Management
