We are seeking a motivated and experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA system development, and industrial automation projects. This role is suited for a mid-level professional who can independently execute engineering tasks while supporting project delivery from design through commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and commission industrial control systems for process and manufacturing applications.Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC systems using platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell Automation, and/or Mitsubishi.Develop and maintain SCADA/HMI applications, including graphics, alarms, trends, reports, and communication interfaces.Prepare control system documentation including I/O lists, functional design specifications, network architecture drawings, cause & effect matrices, and FAT/SAT procedures.Integrate PLCs with field instruments, drives, motor control centers, analyzers, and third-party systems.Configure industrial communication networks such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/RTU, Profibus, or equivalent.Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.Perform system upgrades, migrations, backups, and preventive maintenance activities.Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams.Ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards, and safety regulations.
