Job Description
Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution Handle all customer’s inquiries received timely and professionally. Understanding customers' needs and identifying their problems. Handle all the contract preparation process. Respond to all inquiries related to the contract; expected . delivery date or any changes/updates to the project phases. Manage all the after-sales service with the clients. Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction.To resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint . determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution. Update client’s account data on the company database to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates. Update client’s records on ERP System to acquire any changes in the client information such as: (Contact person – Mobile - Address – Email).
