As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Hiring Specialist to help us attract, screen, and hire strong candidates for our remote team. This role is focused on recruitment, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and improving the quality of our hiring pipeline. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, strong in English, and confident when communicating with candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in recruitment while working with a U.S.-based company in a remote environment. ResponsibilitiesSource and attract qualified candidates through Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Review applications, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates based on experience, English level, communication skills, professionalism, and remote work readiness.Conduct initial candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and request voice recordings or assessments when needed.Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and hiring pipeline updates.Work closely with management to improve job ads, screening questions, candidate quality, and the overall recruitment process. Working ScheduleFull-time remote position.Working hours are aligned with U.S. business hours and company hiring needs.The candidate must be reliable, responsive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
