Responsibilities: Mastermind Export Operations: Coordinate and manage all aspects of export logistics, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Navigate Documentation: Prepare, review, and process all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.Champion Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations, international shipping laws, and company policies to avoid delays and penalties.Optimize Supply Chain: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers) to optimize shipping routes, costs, and delivery times.Resolve Challenges: Proactively identify and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process.Communicate & Coordinate: Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on shipment statuses and addressing inquiries promptly.
