Job Description
Oversee the execution of daily, weekly, and quarterly sales plans, ensuring proper product availability and market coverage.Monitor and analyze sales data, sub-area KPIs, and representative performance to make data-driven decisions.Visit key accounts to strengthen relationships, resolve customer complaints, and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.Monitor sales collections and ensure strict adherence to company credit and collection policies.Monitor competitor movements, implement promotional campaigns in coordination with Marketing, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
