Job Description

Develop and implement the Group Marketing Strategy aligned with corporate goals and business priorities.Oversee the marketing functions of all companies and ensure synergy between brands.Translate each company’s business objectives into actionable marketing plans.Ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity across all touchpoints.Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to strengthen trade and wholesale relationships.Support dealer programs, exhibitions, trade shows, and channel promotions.Align trade initiatives with sales and distribution targets.Oversee brand campaigns, creative concepts, and promotional strategies.Ensure high-quality visual identity, advertising, and storytelling for each brand.Drive cross-brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives to maximize visibility and sales impact.Lead digital transformation across all brands (websites, e-commerce, CRM, social media, and paid ads).Monitor digital KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.Implement data-driven marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies.Direct market research initiatives for competitive intelligence, customer insights, and product trends.Translate market data into actionable strategies for sales and product teams.Evaluate performance and profitability of campaigns and channels through data analytics.Oversee public relations, media communication, and influencer collaborations.Build strong brand reputation through storytelling and thought leadership.Manage press releases, group announcements, and high-profile brand events.Ensure unified tone and narrative across all content, digital, print, and corporate.Define and sustain the brand positioning of each business.Lead product launch strategies and promotional activities for new collections and destinations.Identify opportunities for cross-brand collaborations and customer experience enhancement.Set and manage annual marketing budgets across all brands and functions.Track ROI, marketing efficiency, and contribution to overall business growth.Approve marketing investments and partnerships based on measurable outcomes.Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams across all marketing units.Ensure collaboration among trade, digital, research, PR, and communication departments.Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and career paths for team members.Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
