ABOUT THE ROLEWe are an established kitchens and furniture company serving design-conscious homeowners, developers, and the architectural community across Cairo. We are appointing a Senior Kitchen Design Consultant to anchor our Fifth Settlement showroom — a senior, client-facing professional who will own the full client journey from first showroom visit to signed contract. It combines design expertise with consultative selling and active relationship management. We are looking for a designer with strong commercial instincts — someone who can advise clients confidently, present solutions clearly, and close projects professionally without compromising the showroom experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Experience & Showroom RepresentationWelcome every visitor to the showroom and guide them through a structured discovery process.Conduct consultation sessions to understand each client's space, budget, lifestyle, and preferences.Maintain showroom presentation standards and a professional, welcoming environment throughout the day.Design AuthorshipDevelop kitchen and furniture proposals that match the client's brief, taste, and budget.Produce layouts, visualizations, and material/finish options using Cabinet Vision, Revit, and Photoshop.Present design solutions clearly, with strong justification for material, layout, and pricing choices.Sales OwnershipOwn the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.Convert showroom walk-ins, referrals, and inbound enquiries into committed projects.Maintain a structured pipeline and accurate forecasting in the company's CRM.Follow up consistently and professionally — without becoming pushy.Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with private clients who return and refer.Position yourself as the client's trusted design advisor — not a vendor.B2B Channel DevelopmentCultivate active accounts with developers, real-estate firms, architects, interior design firms, and contractors.Pursue project-based opportunities and framework supply agreements.
