Job Description
Participates in the yearly objectives-setting meeting to discuss anddevelop the HR and operations directions, strategies, and targets.• Responsible for manpower planning regarding all operations recruitment• Responsible for all exit interview collection, validation, and creating theright corrective action regards to turnover and attraction analysis• Managing all sites visits and area meetings for offsite/offline, handliningany related conflicts according to business need• Ensure cascading any updates/changes from top management to middlemanagement• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
