Job Description

As a Stock Controller, you will be the guardian of our inventory, ensuring precision and seamless flow within our operations. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for optimizing processes within the realms of Accounting/Finance, Logistics/Supply Chain, and Purchasing/Procurement. You will play a vital part in maintaining optimal stock levels, preventing discrepancies, and contributing to overall business performance. Manage and monitor all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper documentation.Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.Collaborate closely with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and ensure timely availability of goods.Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.Prepare comprehensive reports on stock levels, movements, and potential issues for management review.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and operational standards within the warehouse environment.
