Job Description

Role DescriptionThe Logistics Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing import logistics activities from the receipt of approved purchase orders through shipment delivery to our warehouse. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth shipment execution, documentation accuracy, customs clearance coordination, Nafeza compliance, and uninterrupted supply flow.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.Follow up on vessel schedules, shipment progress, and delivery timelines.Manage import documentation including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related shipping documents.Coordinate Nafeza and CargoX requirements to ensure compliance with Egyptian import regulations.Liaise with customs brokers to facilitate timely customs clearance and shipment release.Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and internal stakeholders.Monitor logistics activities and provide regular shipment status updates.Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency, customs broker, Warehouse, and internal departments regarding shipment execution and logistics-related matters.
