We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in export operations, shipping coordination, and managing global logistics processes.. Key Responsibilities:• Manage global customer shipments and provide end-to-end logistics solutions.• Prepare and review export shipping documentation to ensure smooth delivery.• Evaluate offers from shipping lines and recommend the best commercial option.• Review and validate freight and shipping invoices according to agreed contracts.• Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure timely collection of required documents (e.g., Form 13).• Monitor loading processes, customs formalities, and container/truck availability.• Ensure compliance with export policies and internal procedures.• Coordinate truck movement and oversee loading operations.• Track logistics KPIs and ensure operational efficiency.
