Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with special projects, research, and reporting.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations.
