Job Title: Real Estate Digital Marketing SpecialistJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns to generate quality leads. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in conducting in-depth market and competitor research within the real estate development industry to guide our strategic positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvertising & Lead Generation:Plan, create, and manage successful end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).Focus on lead generation strategies specifically tailored for the real estate market to drive high-quality prospects to the sales team.Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI, ROAS, and lowest Cost Per Lead (CPL) through continuous A/B testing.Competitor & Market Research:Conduct comprehensive research on competing real estate developers to analyze their marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and active ad campaigns.Monitor real estate market trends, new project launches, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.Provide actionable insights and regular reports based on competitor analysis to refine our marketing approach.Strategy & Collaboration:Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce compelling, high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality, understand customer pain points, and improve overall conversion rates.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Media Buyer, or similar role. Previous experience in the Real Estate Development sector is highly preferred.Campaign Management: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Research Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of conducting market research and competitor analysis.Tools: Proficiency in using ad management platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ad Library).Analytical Mindset: Data-driven thinking with strong quantitative skills to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
