Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our Citrus Export Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and reliability of grading, sorting, packing, cooling, and utility systems. The role includes developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, managing maintenance teams, minimizing equipment downtime, optimizing maintenance costs, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with production and operations teams to maximize equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
