About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist to join our school’s technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in an educational environment. Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to all school staff (teachers and administrative team).Manage and maintain the school’s computer network, Active Directory domain, and related services.Join new devices to the domain and configure user access.Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.Maintain and support the CCTV surveillance system (hardware and software issues).Handle printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Manage network switches, structured cabling, and patch panels.Diagnose and fix hardware and software-related issues for devices.
