Key Accountabilities:      Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and local/international regulations.    Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify unsafe conditions.Develop and implement risk control measures for machinery, processes, and workplace activities.Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) system for hot works, confined space, and other critical activities. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.Deliver HSE inductions and trainings for employees, contractors, and visitors.Support line management in implementing safe systems of work and emergency preparedness.Participate in fire drills, emergency exercises, and evacuation planning.Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, incidents, trainings, and certifications.Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
