We deliver web development, digital marketing, mobile apps, branding, motion graphics, localization, and custom software solutions to brands across healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, automotive, industrial, finance, and government sectors.We're looking for a Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for incoming opportunities. You'll handle inquiries that come in by phone, email, and WhatsApp, understand what each prospect needs, and guide them through to a closed deal. This is not a telesales or cold-calling role — the focus is on responding fast, building trust, and following up closely to convert genuine interest into signed projects.Key responsibilitiesManage inbound inquiries: Be the primary responder for incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages — replying quickly, professionally, and in a way that reflects the WebbingStone brand.Understand and qualify needs: Listen to each prospect, understand their business and goals, and identify which of our services fit — web, marketing, apps, branding, or custom solutions.Advise and recommend: Explain our services clearly, answer questions, and connect prospects with the right technical or strategy team members when a deeper conversation is needed.Follow up to close: Own the follow-up process end to end — staying in touch consistently, addressing concerns, and moving deals forward until they close. Persistence and timing are key.Prepare proposals & quotes: Coordinate with internal teams to put together accurate proposals, scopes, and pricing, and present them confidently to prospects.Negotiate & close: Handle objections, agree on terms, and finalize agreements that work for both the client and WebbingStone.Pipeline management: Keep all leads, conversations, and deal stages organized and up to date in our CRM, and report on pipeline status and conversion.Smooth handover: Hand closed deals over to the delivery/account teams with a clear brief so projects start on the right foot.Stay informed: Maintain strong knowledge of our full service portfolio so you can speak credibly about any offering.
