Job Description
About the roleWebbingStone is a digital transformation company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Egypt, serving clients across 19+ countries including the US, UAE, Canada, and the UK. Our work spans web development, digital marketing, mobile apps, branding, motion graphics, localization, and custom software solutions for brands such as the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, Fujifilm, and a portfolio of clients across healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, automotive, industrial, finance, and government sectors. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own a portfolio of client accounts — building strategy, driving organic and content-led growth, and being the trusted advisor our clients rely on. This is a strategy-and-account role, not a paid-media buying role; ad spend and campaign buying are handled by a separate team. We need someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on across content and organic channels, and turn performance data into clear recommendations.Key responsibilitiesAccount ownership & strategy: Develop and own digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, grounded in each client's business goals, audience, competitive landscape, and brand.Organic & content strategy: Plan and oversee organic social media, content calendars, and email marketing — defining the right channel mix and messaging for each client's objectives.Social media management: Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform changes to shape content direction and keep client channels active, on-brand, and growing.Client relationship management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; lead regular check-ins, present insights and recommendations, manage expectations, and identify opportunities to grow the partnership.Performance & analytics: Track and analyze organic performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and platform native analytics; report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, audience growth, and on-site conversions.Cross-team collaboration: Brief and collaborate with our creative, content, web development, and motion graphics teams to produce assets that are on-brand and effective.SEO awareness: Coordinate with the SEO team and factor search visibility into content planning (no hands-on technical SEO required).Reporting & storytelling: Build clear, insight-led reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders — explaining not just what happened, but what to do next.Bilingual content oversight: Ensure messaging works across Arabic and English audiences, coordinating with localization where regional or multilingual delivery is required.Stay ahead: Keep current on platform changes, content trends, and emerging tools (including AI-assisted marketing workflows) and bring fresh ideas to client accounts
