Job Description
Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ICT infrastructure across Minlo Head Office, Factory, and Warehouses and all company locations.Administer, maintain, and monitor server rooms including environmental readiness and infrastructure health monitoring.Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices including Windows and Mac operating systems.Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support printing and imaging devices including printers, photocopiers, and scanners.Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless connectivity, managed switches, routers, access points, and network nodes.Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity, VPN tunnels, ISP links, and remote access services for all company locations.Administer and support Microsoft systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file sharing permissions, and system access management.Administer and support virtualization platforms including VMware environments and virtual machine lifecycle operations.Administer and maintain backup systems, data protection solutions, disaster recovery readiness, and storage infrastructure including NAS/SAN systems.Monitor and troubleshoot network security devices, endpoint security systems, antivirus solutions, and access control systems.Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot VOIP systems, IP telephony infrastructure, and related communication technologies.Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems, NVRs, surveillance devices, and recording infrastructure across all company locations.Administer and maintain UPS systems and ensure operational continuity of ICT infrastructure power protection systems.Monitor system performance, infrastructure alerts, logs, and notifications, and take corrective actions when required.Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1, Level 2, and infrastructure-related escalations remotely or onsite.Assist in infrastructure projects implementation including upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technical improvements.Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory records, infrastructure diagrams, and operational procedures.Ensure operational compliance with ICT security standards, company policies, and best practices.Support ICT operational continuity activities including planned maintenance incident response, preventive maintenance, and disaster recovery readiness checks.
