Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ERP modulesand e-commerce features.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across weband backend systems.Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, AzureDevOps, Bugzilla).Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understandrequirements and acceptance criteria.Validate end-to-end business workflows in ERP systems (e.g., order management,inventory, procurement, financials).Test e-commerce platform functionality including product catalog, shopping cart, checkoutflow, payment gateways, and order fulfillment.Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrumenvironment.Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test strategies, test results, andQA reports.Test mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, covering functional, UI/UX, andcompatibility testing across various devices and OS versions.Perform mobile-specific testing including push notifications, offline behavior, deep linking,gestures, and app performance.Support performance and load testing activities and analyze results.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and best practices.
