Job Description

Translation & CommunicationProvide interpretation during meetings (Arabic ↔ English)Administration & Accounting Manage office – site supply requests and purchasing follow-upsMonitor office budget and track expenses every month Prepare and process payment requests to send them to Finance team Handle attendance tracking (check-in / check-out)Calculate overtime and send it to Finance teamMaintain and update employee records to send it monthly to HRHandle employee’s annual leaves records to send it to the HRCar operation Prepare monthly vehicle Km records and Working TimeCoordinate with drivers and manage schedulingFinance & Site SupportHandle site expenses (petty cash & receipts)Organize and archive invoices systematicallyFollow up on approvals and managerial signaturesDocument ControlManage filing systems (digital & hard copy)Register incoming and outgoing documentsTrack document versions and updatesMaintain comprehensive project documentation recordsTesting & Commissioning period SupportArrange travel (flight bookings) for inspectors and Handle hotel reservationsProcess invoices related to testing and commissioning activities
