Job Description

Lead, guide, and support the team in achieving operational objectives.Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.Track team performance and support achievement of KPIs and service targets.Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and external partners to resolve operational issues.Support the implementation of new systems, enhancements, and process improvements.Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement and recommend corrective actions.Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and continuous development within the team.Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
