Job Description

. Oversee and coordinate daily breakfast service in the hotel restaurant.. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle special requests or complaints.. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.. Maintain high food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.. Plan and update breakfast menus in collaboration with the chef.. Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.. Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and set to hotel standards.. Monitor sales, prepare reports, and work toward revenue targets.. Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and basic admin tools.. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with flexibility for early mornings and weekends
