Title: Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer (Mobile Equipment)Location: Alexandria Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for mobile equipment* Lead preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs* Analyze failure data using root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability tools* Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and maintenance cost efficiency* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and lifecycle* Oversee CMMS implementation, data accuracy, and reporting* Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation* Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors* Collaborate with operations, procurement, and HSE teams to ensure seamless workflow* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices
