Job Description
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests related to real estate units and projectsManage project handovers and coordinate all related customer requirementsFollow up on maintenance requests, service issues, and pending cases to ensure high customer satisfactionManage client modification requests and coordinate effectively with relevant departmentsCoordinate with internal departments (Technical, Site, Legal, and Finance) to ensure smooth case resolutionAttend regular site visits (3 days per week or more if required) while maintaining Head Office responsibilitiesMaintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, modifications, and case progressEnsure professional communication and deliver a premium customer experience at all stages
