Job Description
1. Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new B2B opportunities in sectors such as:Real estate developersIndustrial facilitiesGovernment and municipalitiesInfrastructure and smart city projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and technical stakeholders.Generate and manage sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.2. Technical Sales SupportAnalyze client requirements and propose Smart Lighting & IoT solutions.Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, and solution presentations.Support customers in selecting the appropriate technologies, including:Smart LED lighting systemsIoT sensors and controllersSmart polesLighting management systemsEnergy management platforms3. Solution DesignWork with engineering teams to design solutions including:Network connectivity (LoRaWAN / NB-IoT / 4G / Ethernet)Smart controllers and gatewaysCloud IoT platformsPrepare BoQ, system diagrams, and technical documentation.4. Proposal & Tender ManagementPrepare technical and commercial proposals.Participate in RFP/RFQ tender submissions.Coordinate with procurement and project teams for cost estimation.5. Client Presentations & DemonstrationsConduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients.Present ROI, energy savings, and smart city benefits.6. Project HandoverSupport smooth transition from sales to implementation teams.Follow up with clients during deployment to ensure satisfaction.
