Job Description
Prepare an annual operating budget, goals, and objectives for All Ready Parts in consent with Operations and monitor performance.Identify and track key KPIs for Ready Parts, and devise plans and initiatives for improvement.Oversee the P&L, managing budgets, margins, and sales forecasts.Plan for future network development in line with strategic business objectives and monitor achievements versus objectivesEnsure that all policies and procedures are applied and followed by all Ready Parts teamEnsure that all “Ready Parts sales &distribution network is optimized, and that the company has a presence in all key markets through a balance of GB Corp own facilities and dealers.Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements and regularly review key operating controls (fill rates, inventory turnover, and cost of sales)Work closely with all Ready Parts suppliers to optimize stock availability and turnover. Develop and institutionalize GB Corp’s data, know-how, and capabilities towards full leverage of DMS/CRM implementation across entire network. Work closely with Marketing and Customer Experience Management to develop relevant and timely marketing and communication activities for the Ready Parts channels (i.e., promotions, campaigns, reminders, etc.).Provides support for the professional development of direct reports.
