Job Description

GetBuilder is a newly founded startup developing a B2B marketplace that connects investors and construction contractors in Dubai, UAE. While the UAE company is new,  it's built on a solid foundation - our founders bring over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and business development in different industries ensuring strategic direction and long-term stability.We are now building a dynamic and proactive sales team to support the platform’s growth. We’re looking for a B2B Sales Representative (Working Remotely from home) who is motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with outbound outreach. This role goes beyond sales - you'll also provide basic customer support and relationship management after onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for every new client.  Your responsibilities will include:Reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses (cold calling using prepared databases)Identifying and acquiring new clients Onboarding new clients and offering basic guidanceProviding ongoing support and communication with clients after onboarding- account managementWhat We OfferFull-time remote position, 40 hours per weekCold calling is done between 7/8 AM and 5 PM (Middle East time zone) Monday to Friday , other backend work can be done flexibleFixed base salary + performance-based bonusesStructured training and onboardingOngoing manager support and mentorshipOpportunity to grow within a fast-evolving startup and take on more responsibilities over time Ready to “GetBuild” with us?
