Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and proactive Facilities Officer to support the daily operation and management of facility services across the company. The role focuses on maintaining high operational standards, contractor performance, site cleanliness, and overall facility compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all cleaning activities to ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping across all facilities.Manage and follow up on outsourced contractors’ performance, compliance, attendance, and service quality.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure services are delivered according to company standards and SLAs.Oversee property management-related activities including:Pest Control ProgramsWaste Management OperationsCoordinate and supervise landscape maintenance activities to ensure all outdoor areas are maintained in a professional condition.Prepare operational reports, observations, and improvement recommendations.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies during all facility operations.Follow up on corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives related to facility services.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.
