Production Manager – Plastic Injection FactoryKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.Monitor plastic injection molding operations to ensure maximum machine efficiency.Ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are achieved.Supervise product quality during production and coordinate with the Quality Department.Monitor and reduce production waste and material loss.Oversee mold change activities and minimize setup/changeover time.Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure machine readiness and reduce downtime.Monitor raw material consumption and ensure efficient material usage.Prepare daily production reports and analyze production performance.Lead and manage production teams and ensure discipline and productivity.Train and develop production employees and supervisors.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Continuously improve productivity, efficiency, and operational processes.Coordinate with Planning and Warehouse departments to ensure material availability.Resolve technical and operational issues related to machines, molds, and production processes.Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO requirements.
