- Lead and supervise the General Ledger team, providing guidance and performance management.- Oversee all general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations.- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.- Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.- Coordinate with other accounting functions (AP, AR, and Treasury) to ensure proper recording of transactions.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.- Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.- Continuously improve accounting processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy.
