We’re HiringHSE Section Head at Nefertari JM for Electrical IndustriesResponsibilities•Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs within the factory.•Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.•Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.•Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions for employees and staff.•Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.•Monitor workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.•Collaborate with production, maintenance, and management teams to improve safety performance.•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and records.•Promote continuous improvement in safety awareness and environmental practices. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.•5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or electrical industries.•Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and industrial safety standards.•NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications are preferred.•Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to identify risks and implement effective safety solutions. ????
