Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive / Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.You will be responsible on managing our portfolio ensuring business growth per account and managing customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesProvide clients with a smooth onboarding processManage customer relationships and remain in daily contact with clients to understand their needs and overcome any issues that may hinder the quality of serviceMonitoring client’s performance (Conversion rates) and introducing monthly service assessment and reviewRespond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and satisfaction on a day-to-day basisFollowing up on payments, and service alteration negotiations promptly ensuring regular flowUnearth new sales opportunities through cross-selling and turn them into long-term partnerships (Expanding the database of contact information such as families, and pensioners)Coordinate with different stakeholders internally to execute deliverablesOrganizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer servicePreparing and presenting proposalsNegotiating terms and conditions with clientsCollaborating with key decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales resultsDevelop and maintain client reports
