Job Description

• Identifying reliable international suppliers, evaluating their performance, building long-term strategic partnerships, and maintaining updated supplier records.• Negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery times, and finalizing agreements to ensure the best value for money.• Ensuring all documents comply with customs and government regulations.• Issuing purchase orders based on technical and financial needs and monitoring their execution.• Analyzing the market by conducting studies on global price trends and forecasting the company's future needs.• Preparing reports: Submitting periodic reports on supplier performance, procurement costs, and shipment status.Required Skills and Experience:• At least 5 years of practical experience in international procurement and supply chain management.• Fluency in English for effective communication.• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
