Walk through sites and inspect exterior & interior truck components.Enter all inspection data from Forms into the master Excel database on the same day of inspection.Generate weekly and monthly trend reports showing most frequent problems by truck model, year, and site using pivot tables and charts.Maintain a "critical issues" log for immediate action by the QA Manager.Support the Inspection Engineer with data retrieval for root cause analysis of recurring problems.
