· Handle all legal matters and communications related to the company’s wireless system and licenses with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA).· Prepare, review, and submit required legal documents for NTRA.· Register, file, and follow up on all company lawsuits and legal cases with relevant courts and authorities.· Represent the company in court hearings, legal committees, and arbitration sessions as needed.· Prepare case files, supporting evidence, and legal documentation to ensure proper case presentation.· Follow up on all procedural steps related to lawsuits, including notifications, appeals, and judgments.· Maintain updated records of all ongoing and closed cases.· Coordinate with external law firms when necessary.· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the company’s operations.
