This is a KPI-driven role with strong earning potential for top performers.ResponsibilitiesMake 200+ outbound dials per shift using our power dialerFollow a proven script while building genuine rapport with homeownersQualify sellers on motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectationsLog dispositions, notes, and follow-up tasks in our CRM (REISift / Podio / similar)Set qualified listing appointments and warm-transfer hot leads to our agentsHit weekly KPIs for dials, live conversations, and appointments booked Bonuses paid per appointment set as well as an additional bonus per listing taken.
