Job Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving the expansion of our franchise network across Upper Egypt. The primary objective is to identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with established radiology centers willing to transition into the franchise model.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research to identify high-potential radiology centers and polyclinics in key Upper Egypt governorates (e.g., Assiut, Sohag, Minya, Luxor, and Aswan). Proactively reach out to center owners and medical directors to introduce the TS partnership value proposition.Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and site visits and contract signing.Act as the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees, addressing technical, operational, and financial inquiries.Assess the operational readiness and geographic suitability of potential partner centers to ensure they meet TS standards.Provide regular updates on the expansion pipeline.
