A leading holding group is seeking an experienced Strategy & Performance Manager to lead corporate strategic planning and performance management across the holding company and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group objectives, operational excellence, governance effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute long-term and mid-term strategic plans across the group and its subsidiaries• Ensure strategic alignment between subsidiary business plans and overall group direction• Conduct internal and external strategic analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks• Design and implement an integrated corporate performance management system and KPI framework• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance across subsidiaries and recommend corrective actions• Prepare executive dashboards, strategic reports, and Board-level presentations• Oversee governance implementation, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance• Coordinate with Finance, HR, PMO, and operational departments to ensure strategic integration• Lead and develop the Strategy & Performance team to achieve high performance standards• Support business transformation, innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and expansion opportunities• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for growth
