Job Description

Preparing and organizing employee documents and files, and processing contracts.Following up on the recruitment process for new employees (preparing employment contracts).Regularly improving and developing administrative procedures within the company.Ensuring employee compliance with all internal company procedures, policies, and regulations.Following up on security clearances for job candidates.Monitoring and regularly recording employee leave.Preparing final clearances and experience certificates for employees.Responsible for tracking and recording employee activity in the HR and payroll system (leave, absences, resignations, assignments, lateness, penalties, sick leave, leave with salary deductions, and overtime).Resolving all employee-related issues, including monthly attendance and departure times.Preparing employee-related correspondence.Maintaining employee files in both hard copy and electronic formats.Providing the HR department with reports.Organizing and overseeing sick leave and health services.Supervising the timely issuance of employee performance evaluation reports. Registering new employees on the human resources program and creating a unique fingerprint for each employee.
