Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving hotel revenue through corporate, travel trade, leisure, group, and direct business segments. The ideal candidate should have a strong hospitality background with solid understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, room inventory, reservations, and revenue opportunities.The role requires a commercially driven professional who can build strong client relationships and support the overall business growth of the hotels across the Red Sea area.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales opportunities for hotels across the Red Sea regionBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and business partnersIdentify new business opportunities and support revenue growth across different market segmentsCoordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximize occupancy and guest satisfactionPrepare sales visits, client meetings, offers, proposals, and follow-up reportsHandle group bookings, corporate agreements, and long-stay opportunitiesMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospitality market demandEnsure smooth communication between sales, reservations, and hotel operations teamsSupport upselling initiatives and guest-related commercial opportunitiesPrepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summariesRepresent the hotels professionally during client meetings, site inspections, and business events
