We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, shipment tracking, inventory follow-up, and ensuring smooth logistics operations while maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate local and international shipments and transportation activitiesTrack shipments and ensure timely delivery to warehouses or clientsCommunicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companiesPrepare and review shipping documents and customs-related paperworkMonitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teamsEnsure compliance with logistics procedures and company policiesHandle shipment delays, delivery issues, and logistics-related problemsMaintain accurate logistics records and prepare operational reportsNegotiate shipping rates and service agreements with logistics providersSupport procurement and supply chain teams when needed
