Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerSchedule, confirm, and manage patient appointmentsHandle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiriesAssist patients with registration, forms, and basic clinic proceduresMaintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentialityPrepare and organize documents, reports, and clinic filesSupport nutritionists and clinic management with administrative tasksManage office supplies, inventory, and basic procurement requestsAssist with invoicing, receipts, and payment processingTrack daily transactions and support end-of-day reportingCoordinate with accounting or head office when requiredEnsure clinic areas are organized and presentableCoordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth daily operationsFollow clinic policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
