The Legal Counsel provides high-level legal advice to the CEO and senior management, ensuring that all strategic decisions comply with Egyptian laws and regulations. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements, including financial services, management consulting, training, procurement, and partnerships. The Legal Counsel also monitors new legislation, studies the legal implications of new projects, drafts internal policies, manages disputes and litigation, and coordinates with external law firms when necessary. This position operates from Cairo, requires full-time availability with partial remote work, and reports directly to the CEO.
