Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, specifically targeting the FMCG and Food sectors.Target Achievement: Consistently meet and surpass ambitious Sales Targets, driving revenue growth and market share.Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement through effective Management and Team Leadership.Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities and expand our presence across various channels within Egypt.Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strong P&L Management.
